The House

The Property is a three-bedroom holiday home plus a games room. New carpet was fitted throughout the house in 2004. It has a connecting three bedroom apartment if required.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 a king size/twin convertible and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. In the apartment Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a king size/twin convertible and Bedroom 3 has a single bed plus a single rollaway bed. Tables and lamps are by all beds.. The beds throughout are made up and fresh linen is supplied, all have duvets, electric blankets and plenty of pillows.

The house is ideal for two couples or one family. The heart of Queenstown is less than 1 km away and a $7.00 taxi ride from the excellent shopping or one of the one hundred plus restaurants.

The fully equipped kitchen (includes a twin drawer dishwasher, microwave) is open to the living room and has superb views, opening on to a large deck with barbeque. Ample crockery and glassware is supplied as well as tea, coffee and some kitchen supplies.

The dining and living room area has been tastefully decorated to create excellent ambience for your own in-house eating at the large dining table. In the living room new leather couches plus chairs take full advantage of the spectacular views. A new gas fire plus electric heating creates a very attractive and relaxing atmosphere. The living area has Sky digital television with teletext, video, tape/CD player.

The games room is downstairs and includes a second television, two divans and a pool table. There is excellent drying there for ski clothing.

The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. A commercial hot water cylinder ensures an endless supply of hot water. A separate toilet is adjacent. The laundry has a new automatic washing machine and dryer. Telephone is connected and fax is available on request. Parking for two cars is under cover by the front door and well off the street.

The 3 bedroom apartment with new bathroom and toilet is adjoining, this can be rented in conjunction with the house, it is not rented separately.

The property is available most of year, ( availability ). The Tariff is $140 to $370/night; with adjoining tthree bedroom apartment $180 to $530/night.
